Decision to establish in 1999, officially put into operation in 2004, up to now Hospital 199 has 450 beds for inpatient and outpatient treatment with 27 specialties and 5 functional rooms with 600 staff and doctors. . Hospital 199 gradually builds its brand, becoming a medical facility with good quality and reasonable costs for people in the Central and Central Highlands regions.

Achievements in medical fields:
- Anesthesia and resuscitation: Successful application of post-operative pain control using the combined method of using drugs through epidural catheters; computed tomography (CT – scaner), CAM X-ray, color Doppler ultrasound, 4D ultrasound; Extracorporeal lithotripsy machines, endoscopic surgery systems such as gastric and duodenal endoscopy systems; atherosclerosis screening machine, etc.
