The driver’s health checkup applies to all road users operating motorcycles, motorbikes, and cars of any type. Before the checkup, it is necessary to prepare a clear and complete health checkup file, which includes: a 4×6 cm portrait photo, with the photo taken no more than 6 months before the date of the health checkup.
NOTES WHEN USING THE DRIVER’S HEALTH CHECKUP PACKAGE AT 199 HOSPITAL
- Not applicable on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Only available during business hours: Morning from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
- Customers must contact in advance for optimal service scheduling.
- Additional fees: Customers will pay extra costs based on additional services selected (not according to doctor’s prescription).
- Fasting for at least 8 hours before the checkup, avoid drinking coffee, stimulants, etc.
- Bring old prescriptions and previous test results (if any).
- Bring your ID card or passport + 2 personal photos (4×6 cm).
